General Management

Assessment of your current ERM culture – includes review of your governance policies and frameworks related to managing risk and telephone/in-person interviews with key members of the management team(s) to understand the effectiveness and maturity of your business’s ERM practices.
Risk management frameworks – working with your in-house risk management professional to develop or update the company’s ERM policies and frameworks in support of ISO 31000 or COSO principles.
Review of board and management reporting to improve the communication of your risks and risk management processes, and ensure conformance with your board's governance commitments.
Presentations/training on ERM concepts – definitions, purpose and review of best practices – ISO 31000 aligned.
Risk register reviews – to assess and make recommendations on the integrity of your risk register format, content and use.

Executive Risk Review - Half-day facilitated session that engages the senior management team in the review and validation of top risks to the business in the context of the organization’s key objectives. Deliverables include a summary of risks with related action items as agreed upon by the team. This work promotes team alignment and clarity on business priorities.

Working with your in-house risk management professional(s) to support the development and implementation of their strategic plans. Coaching is available in-person, by phone or by email.
