Christine Petch, P. Geo
Christine is the founder of CPetch Consulting, which provides fit-for-purpose project management and risk management solutions for the resources sector since 2014. She is currently the Deputy Project Manager for the Greenstone Project in Northwestern Ontario, Prior to consulting, Christine spent 20 years with Falconbridge/ Xstrata Nickel/ Glencore where she worked on many exploration projects, and held a variety of senior corporate roles within the business development, sustainability and strategic leadership teams.
Christine is a Professional Geoscientist (Ontario) and was a RIMS Certified Risk Management Professional (2018-2023). She is the past Chair of Women in Mining Toronto, a member of the PDAC Human Resources Development Committee, and a volunteer mentor with Professional Geoscientist of Ontario.
Christine has her Fellow in Board Governance certificate from the Canadian Board Diversity Council, and is currently a board member for East York Learning Experience, a not-for-profit adult literacy centre.
